Smoked Salmon, Sour Cream and Dill
Smoked Salmon is an amazing treat and we especially love hot smoked salmon. Smoked salmon is versatile and can be served in several ways, including in pasta, sushi, and in a stir-fry. Our family's favorite way to enjoy this is on french bread with sour cream and a sprinkling of fresh dill. The combination of salmon and dill is perfect. You can change the bread to suit your preference. Grill the bread in the oven until it is crusty and then top it up. This is a great breakfast. My children love this for a special breakfast, like Mother's day or a birthday. This also makes a delightful entree with a glass of white wine. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
